For any damage during transport, the customer is responsible if he has carried out the transport by himself. The customer must contact Transport MP Plus if the customer has chosen our reference for a delivery, or his personal carrier if he has chosen this option. The transport contract is between the customer and the carrier exclusively, we do not act as an intermediary. All the details on the What to Know page, Transport and Installation section.
