All personal information collected during orders is never disclosed outside the staff of Imparfait / L'Atelier Créatif. This information is used only for the purposes of producing the products ordered. Exceptionally, it is possible that a third party is in charge of delivering the products ordered. In this case, only the name, physical address and telephone number of the recipient will be transmitted in order to ensure delivery according to the agreed terms.
Advertising material
All photos and/or videos taken in the workshop and/or during delivery to the customer will only be used for advertising purposes for distribution on the website and on the various social media of Imparfait / L'Atelier Créatif. Under no circumstances, unless otherwise advised by the customer, will this material be associated with the customer during advertising broadcasts.
Transactions
All transactions made at Imparfait / L'Atelier Créatif remain confidential. Only authorized personnel have access to this information. All online payments are made through a third party (Paypal, Stripe, Interac) in order to maintain the confidentiality of the information.
